Savoury and excellent breakfast with a great selection of meals. Nice and unbeatable location, 15 minutes' walk to Sandy Beach.

We were in a nice and perfect location around 10-15 minutes walk from Sandy Beach. The staff was competent, patient, and responded promptly to requests.

I was almost ready to give a decent review, but then the breakfast was subpar, cold scrambled eggs, and the gym smelled horrible, unacceptable. After all, i expected a complimentary welcome gift for my stay, but nothing was offered. Such a missed opportunity for this hotel to impress me, disapointing.

Hotel needs a make over, facilities and fixtures are worn out, outdated and looking tired. Despite claims on the website no internet signal in the rooms.

Large sea view room: very peaceful: plentiful hot water at all times: facilities to make own breakfast in room. Fabulous location with many interesting things to do/see as well as sunbathe. Charming owners for whom nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic value. Would book a room with balcony next time.

Wish we'd booked a room with outside space, e.g. balcony.

What makes it worth it, and what doesn't

The sea view from the balcony is amazing. Enjoying a peaceful breakfast while gazing at the sea was a highlight of my stay.

Insect issues were troublesome in the ground floor rooms, concerning and affected comfort during my time.

Just returned from the Helios Bay and can honestly say that it was spot on!! Great Location not too noisy with some good restaurants and a bar next door. Top qaulity driving range opposite the hotel for when your bored of sun bathing and the hotel has a great poolside bar with fantastic sunsets. Pool and beach right in front of the hotel Bus stop right opposite the hotel, buses come approx every 15 mins , 1 euro each trip to either Pafos town cent which was 15 mins away or Coral Bay which was 10 mins away. Bar street is approx 4km away about 7 mins on bus Staff were really good in the hotel especially the owner Nickolas who will sort anything for you!! Upgrade to room on the front, well woth it !! Mountains near by with great views Enjoy, Im sure you will !!

The villas were perfect for us, each with a private pool and a lovely garden. We enjoyed the bike paths along Tomb of the Kings Road and had some great views. Daily cleaning kept everything fresh while the friendly staff was nice. It's well-placed for easy access to transportation and local spots.

Good experience there. Good small and well priced hotel with a lovely pool. Nice location, 29 minutes' drive from Paphos International airport. Based in a nice quiet area. Easy to get around, in front of a bus station.

Savoury breakfasts, hotel was kept impeccably clean.

Our room was bright for four chairs and the staff were genuinely friendly and incredibly friendly. A safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a refrigerator were provided. Overall the service was great...

Family stay worth it

The staff was really good, they welcomed us. We enjoyed the BBQ night, it was good food and the entertainment was great, really added to the experience.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but considering the quality, it was still reasonable.

Poor breakfast and bed sheets were too small for the beds.

Beautiful landscaping, table & chairs outside sliding door, view of sea and nice pool. Outside area was very clean.

Ants came marching in two by two. Mattress was uncomfortable, lighting was dim and water on the floor.
